ARP Project – Terms of Service

OVERVIEW

Welcome to ARP Project. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service and all related policies outlined herein.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, partners, and content contributors.

Any new features or updates added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes implies full acceptance of the updated Terms.

PRODUCT & LICENSE SALES

ARP Project sells products that include the required software license.

When purchasing a product from ARP Project, the applicable license is included with the purchase and grants the buyer access to the corresponding software or service.

ARP Project does not host, develop, or redistribute the software itself. We provide the product together with its applicable license for access to the corresponding software.

The license is intended solely for the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or otherwise distributed unless explicitly authorized by ARP Project.

REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, ARP offers a strict 24 hour refund window starting from the date of purchase.

Refund requests will only be considered if:

• The product does not function as advertised.
• You have contacted our support team and followed all troubleshooting steps.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Use of unauthorized or third-party software (e.g., cheats, injectors, external tools).
• Account bans, suspensions, or flags from any platform or game launcher.
• Incompatible or unsupported hardware (e.g., certain motherboards, WiFi/Bluetooth modules).
• Failure to follow official troubleshooting or support protocols.
• Purchases made via resellers, third parties, promotions, or unofficial stores.
• Lost, banned, expired, or shared licenses.
• Personal reasons ("changed my mind," "didn't read," etc.).
• Purchase made while the product was in "Updating/Down" status.
• Product updates taking longer than 24 hours.
• A single product feature does not work for you while the rest of the product remains functional.

Refunds, if approved, are processed once per customer per product, within three business days.

All purchases are otherwise final. No refunds will be issued beyond the 3-day period – no exceptions.

In some cases, a product replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

WARRANTY

Each product includes a limited 24 Hour warranty starting from the time of activation.

This warranty only covers cases where the product fails to function as advertised under normal use.

Any claims made after this period are not eligible for refund, replacement, or compensation under any circumstance.

To receive assistance, users must contact our support team and follow all troubleshooting procedures provided.

RESPONSIBILITY

ARP is not liable for account bans, license loss, misuse, improper setup, or user-caused errors.

Once the product and included license have been delivered to the email or account provided, full responsibility is transferred to the buyer.

Misuse, intentional abuse, or incorrect configuration voids all eligibility for refunds, replacements, or support.

PROHIBITED CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks via PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment provider are strictly prohibited.

By purchasing from ARP Project, you agree to resolve any purchase-related issue through our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Any unauthorized chargeback attempt may result in:

• Immediate account termination.
• Permanent blacklist from all ARP services.
• Revocation of all purchased products and licenses.

All disputes should be handled through our support team first.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in a permanent ban and may lead to further action where applicable.

Payment providers may also be supplied with relevant transaction records and other information during legitimate investigations.
